Section 18(3)(c) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Labourers-Farmers (Social Security and Welfare) Scheme, 2006

(c)In the case of loss of hands or legs or sight or limbs due to accident, the claimant shall produce a medical certificate issued by a Medical Officer not below the rank of a Civil Assistant Surgeon.
