51. Delegation of powers.
- The State Government may, subject to such restrictions and conditions as it may impose by notification in the Official Gazette, delegate to [any of its officers not below the rank of a Collector] [Those words were substituted for the words 'the Commission' by Gujarat 15 of 1964, Section 6.] all or any of the powers conferred on its by this Act.
