Section 108(1) in The Dadra and Nagar Haveli Panchayat Regulation, 2012
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Regulation, the validity of any law for the time being in force relating to delimitation of constituencies or allotment of seats to such constituencies made or purporting to be made under this Regulation shall not be called in question in any court.
