Section 13 in The Andhra Pradesh Special Protection Force Act, 1991
13. Protection of action done in good faith.—
No suit or prosecution shall be entertained in any Court against the Force or against any officer or member of the Force or against any person act ing under the order or direction of the Force or any officer or member of the Force for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under the Act or any rules made there under.
