Section 33(b) in Rajasthan State Human Rights Commission (Procedure) Regulations, 2001
(b)The conclusions of the Commission in every matter under taken by it shall be recorded in the form of an opinion. Dissenting opinions, if given, shall form part of and be kept on record. Action shall be taken on the basis of the majority opinion.
