Section 2(c) in Jammu and Kashmir Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1965
(c)"Khadi" means any cloth woven on hand-looms in India from cotton, silk or woolen yarn hand-spun in India or from a mixture of any two or all of such yarns, and includes ready-made garments made out of such cloth ;
