Section 106(1) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984
(1)In case the value specified in the Table is Modified at any time before the commutation becomes absolute in terms of clause (ii) of sub-regulation (1) of Regulation 84, the payment shall be made in accordance with the value so modified.
