Section 3(1) in Indira Gandhi Technological and The Medical Sciences University Act, 2012
(1)With effect from such date as the State Government may, by notification appoint, there shall be established, in the State of Arunachal Pradesh, by the name of Indira Gandhi Technological and Medical Sciences University, which shall consist of a Chancellor, Pro-Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor, the Governing Council, the Academic Senate and the Registrar
