Section 13(1) in The M.P. Nikshepakon Ke Hiton Ka Sanrakshan Adhiniyam, 2000
(1)The Special Court may take cognizance of the offense without the accused being committed to it for trial and in trying the accused person, shall follow the procedure prescribed in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (No. 2 of 1974) for the trial of the warrant cases by the Magistrate of the First Class.
