316.
Defective applications for inspection of records shall be returned to the parties concerned after noting the defects thereon for compliance. If the applications are re-filed after removing the defects within three days from the date on which they are returned, they shall be accepted and dealt with in the usual course. Applications filed after three days shall be rejected.
