Section 10 in Sikkim Interpretation and General Clauses Act, 1977
10. Gender and number.
- In all Sikkim laws, unless a different intention appears(a)words importing the masculine gender shall be taken to include females; and(b)words in the singular shall be taken to include the plural and vice-versa.
