Section 1 in The Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act, 1958
1. Short title and extent.—
(1)This Act may be called The Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act, 1958.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura.
