115. Stay of proceedings pending appeal or revision. - When an appeal is presented under section 111, section 112 or section 113, or when the Board calls, under section 114, sub-section (1), for the record of a case, the proceedings shall not be stayed pending the appeal or revision unless the appellate or revising authority so directs.
