In view of the report of the Registrar General, "kept at flag-X" and having taken note of the relevant rules relating to destruction of records coupled with the status of the rejection of appeal on 02.02.1966 "being incompetent", a certified copy cannot be granted, because such records are to be destroyed after 12 years, the prayer of the petitioner, therefore, is hereby rejected.

Writ application stands dismissed.
