Section 60(2) in The Goa Co-operative Societies Act, 2001
(2)A person shall cease to be a director if such person incurs any of the disqualifications specified in sub-section (1) or-(a)absents himself from three consecutive board meetings without leave of absence;(b)absents from three consecutives general meetings.(c)is penalised under this Act.
