Section 23 in The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences Act, 1998
23. Authorities of the University.
- The following shall be Authorities of the University, namely :-(i)Senate;(ii)The Board of Management;(iii)The Academic Council;(iv)The Planning Board;(v)The Finance Committee;(vi)The faculties; and(vii)Such other Bodies, as may be declared by the statutes to be the authorities of the University.
