Section 81(1)(g) in The Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994

(g)that the service of all teaching, non-teaching employees and the facilities of the college to be affiliated shall be made available for conducting examinations [and evaluation] [These words were inserted by Maharashtra 55 of 2000, section 47.] and for promoting other activities of the university;
