Section 12(1) in Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (Advertisement Tax) Rules, 1967
(1)No person shall without or otherwise, than in conformity with the terms of a permission granted by the Commissioner retain, place, put up or fixed or cause or permit to be retained, placed, put up or fixed any sign or signboard, projecting in, on, over or across a public street or any public place.
