Subject to the provision under Sub-rule (2) of Rule 25 an officer on probation after completion of the period of this probation or the extended period of his probation to the satisfaction of the Government shall be confirmed, if there is a permanent vacancy available for the purpose, and if he has passed the prescribed Departmental Examination completely and is also otherwise fit.Part-V Increments, crossing of E.
