238. Paper book in certain Special Appeals.
- Copies to be included in the paper book of a Special Appeal other than one from a decree or order in an original trial or proceeding shall be of the following papers, namely:-(a)memorandum of appeal;(b)judgment appealed from; and(c)the paper book, if any, prepared for the use of the Judge from whose judgment the appeal is preferred.
