Section 22(1) in The Gujarat Municipalities Act, 1963
(1)Any person who at an election under this Act fraudulently takes, or attempts to take, a ballot paper out of a polling station, or wilfully aids or abets in doing of any act shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.
