If at any time during the event the said officers suo motu, or on the basis of information received observe that a Bull or bullock is showing symptoms of fatigue, dehydration, restlessness, epistaxis, injuries, etc. such bulls or bullocks shall not be permitted to participate further in the bullock cart race.
