258. Stability of adjacent structure.
- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that where there is any building or other construction work that where there is any question of stability of a structure for its adjoining areas to be piled, such structure is supported, where necessary, by underpinning. Sheet piling, shoring, bracing or by other means to ensure safety and stability of such structure and to prevent injury to any person.
