Section 109(1) in Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018
(1)No person shall open a new private parking place and cart-stand or continue to keep open a private parking place and cart-stand unless he obtains from the Gram Panchayat a license to do so. Such license shall be renewed every year.
