Section 14(1) in The M.P. State Warehousing Corporation Rules, 1971
(1)If any certificate is worn out, or defaced or tendered for sub-division, then upon production thereof to the head office of the Corporation, the Corporation may order the same to be cancelled and may issue a new certificate or certificates in lieu thereof.
