Section 57(1) in The Chit Fund (Manipur) Rules, 1994
(1)Save as otherwise provided in sub-rule (2), the Registrar or his nominee, as the case may be, on an application in Form XVII and on payment of fees as prescribed in Appendix II for matters specified under this Chapter, may take a dispute on file.
