(2)[ Nothing in sub-rule (1) shall apply to any person undertaking video filming from exterior of a protected monument except those specified in the Second Schedule in respect of which video-filming shall be permitted on payment of rupees 25:Provided it is for non-commercial purpose and does not involve any cast and use of a stand or in any way interfere with customary and religious practices and work of repairs.] [Inserted by Notification No. G.S.R. 90, dated 30.1.1991 (w.e.f. 1.3.1991).]
