Section 28(4) in The Rajasthan Self-Financed Private Universities Ordinance, 2004
(4)The Governing Body shall consider the modification suggested by the State Government and return the Statutes to the State Government with its agreement to such changes or with its comments on the suggestions made by the State Government.
