Section 44(3) in Tamil Nadu Land Improvement Schemes Act, 1959

(3)Sub-section (3) about rules being placed on the Table of the Houses of the Legislature was omitted by the Tamil Nadu Land Improvement Schemes (Amendment) Act, 1965 (Tamil Nadu Act 4 of l965) which inserted new section 47-A in that behalf.
