                            UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

Heard learned counsel for the parties. On a perusal of the facts, we find that the period of ban has already been over. In view of the aforesaid, we do not intend to enter into the justifiability of the ban. Needless the aforesaid ban will not be treated as a stigma.

The special leave Petition is accordingly disposed of.
