"Learned counsel for respondents 5 to 8 placed on record the proceedings of the Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department dated 12.45.2026 and submits that the order of the Court has been complied with. But, as can be seen from the said proceedings, annual increments are granted in terms of the direction given by this Court only prospectively. When the petitioners are found eligible for incraments, the same are to be granted from the date on which it fe due and from the date on which they are entitled for the said increments. When the same is questioned, learned counsel for respondents 5 to 8 requests tine fo pass appropriate orders regarding the same. The respondents 4 and S shall issue proceedings granting Increments from the date on which the petiioners are entitled for the increments and produce the said proceedings before the Court by the next date of hearing without fail.
