Section 12(1)(h) in The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Rules, 2017

(h)where inspection undertaken reveals that the leased accommodation is not being used or has not been used in compliance with these rules, the Bureau shall -
(i)terminate the lease deed forthwith ;and
(ii)initiate disciplinary proceedings against the defaulting employee.
