1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. CM APPL. 73331/2025 (correction of order dated 27.10.2025)
2. The present application under Section 151 read with Section 152 of the CPC seeks following prayers:-
"a. Allow the Application for correction of the order dated 27.10.2025 ; and/ or b. Pass any other orders that the Hon'ble Court may deem appropriate."
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that on account of inadvertence his appearance could not be marked on the said date and therefore, the present application.
4. Accordingly, the order dated 27.10.2025 shall reflect the appearance of the learned counsel for the respondents and paragraph 2 thereof shall be read as "None appears on behalf of the petitioner".
5. The present application is disposed of accordingly.
