(2)The owner, agent and manager of a mine shall ensure supply of helmet referred to in sub-regulation (1) at intervals not exceeding three years and shall at all times maintain a sufficient stock of helmets in order to ensure immediate supply as and when need for the same arise:Provided that when a helmet is damaged during its legitimate use, it shall be immediately replaced.
