Section 18(1) in The Haryana Animal (Registration, Certification and Breeding) Act, 2019
(1)No person shall sell, distribute, gift or transfer semen or sexed semen to any person other than a person authorized by the Animal Breeding Regulatory Authority in this behalf and without informing the numbering pattern upon each semen straw.
