(f)Words and expressions used and not defined in these regulations but defined in the Act [* * *] [Omitted 'and the rules' by the SEBI (Portfolio Managers) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2006, w.e.f. 07-09-2006.] shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act [* * *] [Omitted 'or the rules, as the case may be' by the SEBI (Portfolio Managers) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2006, w.e.f. 07-09-2006.].
