Section 3(1) in Tripura Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1967
(1)For the purpose of verifying the correctness of weights and measures and weighing and measuring instruments used in transactions for trade or commerce, the Administrator may cause to be prepared as many sets of authenticated standard of weights and measures as he may deem necessary to be called the working standards.
