Section 20(1) in Orissa Prevention of Blackmarketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities (Conditions off Preventive Detention) Order, 1979
(1)No detenu shall be permitted to have an interview with any person other than a Police Officer or a Civil Supplies Officer except on a written order of the Superintendent of the Jail.
