29. Tenants responsible for maintenance of boundary marks.—
Notwithstanding anything contained in any law relating to the maintenance of boundary marks of lands, the responsibility for the maintenance and good repair of the boundary marks of lands held by a tenant and any charges reasonably incurred on account of service by revenue officers in case of alteration, removal or repair of such boundary marks shall be upon thetenant.
