Section 2(g) in The U.P. Junior High Schools (Payment of Salaries of Teachers and other Employees) Act, 1978
(g)"Management" in relation to any institution means the Managing Committee or other body charged with managing the affairs of the institution and includes the Manager or other person vested with the authority to manage and conduct the affairs of the institution;
