Section 10 in Tamil Nadu Electricity (Reorganisation and Reforms) Transfer Scheme, 2010
10. Transfer by operation of law.
- The transfer under this Scheme shall operate and be effective pursuant to the action of State Government in issuing orders and in terms of this Scheme without any further act, deed or thing to be done by the Stale Government, Board, Transferees or any other person, subject to the terms and conditions of this Scheme.
