Section 35(3) in Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University Act, 2016
(3)Seats for admission in the University, for the students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, De-notified Tribes (Vimukta Jatis), Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Classes and handicapped students, shall be reserved as per the policy of the State Government:Provided that, the total reservation in any case shall not exceed fifty per cent.
