Section 3(1) in Kerala Industrial Single Window Clearance Boards & Industrial Township Area Development Act, 1999
(1)For the purpose of speedy issue of various licenses, clearances, certificates required tinder various State enactments for setting up of industrial undertakings in the State, the Government may, by notification, constitute Single Window Clearance Board for the State to be called the Kerala State Single Window clearance Board.
