Section 5(1) in The U.P. Regulation of Coaching Act, 2002
(1)The Competent Officer may, at any time, for sufficient cause cancel or suspend a certificate or registration granted under Section 3 :Provided that no order under this sub-section shall be passed,-(a)except after giving to the person concerned an opportunity of showing cause; and(b)unless it appears to the Competent Officer that the person concerned has violated the condition specified in Section 4.
