Section 2(c) in Goa, Daman and Diu (Authority for the use of Eyes for Therapeutic Purposes) Act, 1980
(c)"near relative", in relation to a deceased person, means his wife, husband, parent, son, daughter, brother and sister and includes any other person who is related to the deceased person.-(i)by lineal consanguinity within three degrees or by collateral consanguinity within six degrees; or(ii)by marriage with any of the relatives then in the Indian Succession Act, 1925, and degrees of relationship shall be computed in the manner laid down in that Act or any other law for the time being in force;
