25. Term of office of members of the Board of Management.
(1)The term of office of members of the Board of Management, other than ex-officio members shall be three years.(2)The Board of Management shall meet at least four times a year. The duration between two consequent meetings shall not exceed three months.(3)The manner and method of constitution of the Board of Management, nomination and the term of the members shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.(4)Quorum for meeting of the Board of Management shall be one fourth of the members of the Board of Management.
