02. 1. This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

2. Issue notice on the question of admission.

3. Since all the Opposite Parties will be represented by learned Standing Counsel for the School & Mass Education Department, no notice be issued to them. Let two extra copies of the brief be served on the learned Standing Counsel for the School & Mass Education Department within three working days hence.

4. Counter affidavit, if any, be filed with service of a copy thereof on the learned counsel for the Petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the brief. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, thereto shall also be filed with service of a copy thereof on the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties within a period of two weeks thereafter.

5. List this matter after completion of pleadings.

6. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021.
