(30)The Rajasthan Land Acquisition Act, 1953 (Rajasthan Act 24 of 1953)Section 1. - For Sub-section (2), substitute the following:-"(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan."Section 2. - Omit the whole.Section 3. - (i) In clause (h) omit "as adapted or extended to Rajasthan."(ii)Omit clause (i).Section 56. - Omit the whole.
