Section 17(1) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008
(1)An application for the registration of an amendment to the bye-laws shall be made within three months from the date of the general meeting at which the resolution in respect of the amendment was adopted, to the Registrar in From VI and shall be accompanied by four certified copies of the resolution.Provided that no such resolution shall be passed unless at least fifteen days notice of the meeting has been given along with a copy of the proposed amendment to each member of the general body and such notice and proposed amendment is also displayed on the notice board of the co-operative society for a period of fifteen days immediately preceding the date of the meeting.
