- In the Finance Act, 2010, in section 83, in sub-section (3), for the portion beginning with the words ''for the purposes of'' and ending with the words ''for any other purpose relating thereto'', the following shall be substituted, namely:-"for the purposes of financing and promoting clean environment and energy initiatives, funding research in the area of clean environment or clean energy, or for any other purpose relating thereto.''.
